Schedule your Consultation
We routinely offer consultations in-person at our office in Bellingham or over the phone. We may also be able to arrange in-person consultations in the Vancouver area of British Columbia, Canada for an additional fee. You may request a consultation regarding a matter of U.S. immigration law by contacting our office or by completing the form below. Please be aware that completing and submitting this form or scheduling a consultation does not form an attorney-client relationship.
Prepare for your consultation
Prior to your consultation, we will collect information and documentation about you, your immigration history, and your goals. In order for us to provide you with the most helpful and relevant information, it is important that you provide us with complete and accurate information. Please allow about an hour for your consultation appointment. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know in advance so we can work with you to reschedule. The consultation fee is due prior to the start of the consultation appointment.
Following your consultation
If there are services we can provide to assist you with the recommended next steps, we will provide you with information regarding those services and the associated costs, either at the end of your consultation appointment, or in the days following your appointment, depending on the circumstances.
If you retain our firm to perform additional flat-fee legal services and pay your initial legal fee within 60 days of your consultation, we will offer to credit $200.00 USD of your consultation fee toward those flat-fee legal services.
