General Information
Schedule a Consultation
We routinely offer consultations in-person at our office in Bellingham or over the phone. We may also be able to arrange in-person consultations in the Vancouver area of British Columbia, Canada. You may request a consultation regarding a matter of U.S. immigration law by contacting our office or by completing the form below. Please be aware that completing and submitting this form or scheduling a consultation does not form an attorney-client relationship.
Prepare for a Consultation
Prior to your consultation, we will collect information and documentation about you, your immigration history, and your goals. In order for us to provide you with the most helpful and relevant information, it is important that you provide us with complete and accurate information. Please allow about an hour for your consultation appointment.  If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know in advance so we can work with you to reschedule.  The consultation fee is due prior to the start of the consultation appointment.

After a Consultation
Following your consultation, the attorney will prepare a comprehensive written report summarizing the facts you discussed during your appointment and outlining recommendations for your next steps. If there are services we can provide to assist you with the recommended next steps, information about those services and the associated costs will be included in your report. Typically the report will be made available to you 1-2 weeks following your consultation.
