Immigrant Investors (EB-5)

What is the Immigrant Investor Program?
The Immigrant Investor visa category, commonly referred to as EB-5, is designed to promote economic development and job growth in the United States.  Foreign investors may be eligible to apply for a permanent resident visa in the EB-5 category if:
  • The investment in a U.S. business is between $500,000 and $1,000,000
  • The U.S. business uses the funds to create at least 10 new permanent full-time jobs
  • The investor is able to demonstrate that the funds used for the investment were obtained from a lawful source
